so here i am sitting in a so-called lesson.
so-called, as about 7 other people are in the room, and no teacher. we're supposed to be doing dreamweaver exercises, and i thought i'd come in to give rachel a hand if she needed me. she hasn't, so i've been keeping myself occupied messing around on the timeline (show-hide layers and images moving along the page. whoop.)

make that 6 other people.

as soon as gav calls me i can go for lunch. :)

i met neil gaiman. i TOUCHED neil gaiman. i now have a signed copy of the wolves in the wolves, the dream hunters, corraline, AND my first edition 1st sandman issue. and photos which i will post hopefully. i am sooo happy!!

12:49 pm: all the froggles are watching
WOW. i just got back from my standard monthly doctors appointment with dr spink. and, ladies and gentlemen, for the first time in the 4 and a half years i've been on more medications than i like to remember, i have had my dosage dropped. yes, you heard right. i am GETTING BETTER. in the eyes of my doctors anyway. however, i couldn't make excuses anymore, and i have to go to my psychological review with dr asani. and i have to go to willow house. (the day centre). but they think i'm ready to .. start living without pills! i think!
but, do i think i'm ready? of course not. i'm very very scared about this prospect. happy, yes, if happy is the right word, i mean, hardly anyone i know knew me before the pills, and i know it's gonna be hard because i have put alot of.. faith in them. ie, am i strong enough to not just lapse into depression again? or just forget it and carry on taking them?
i'm going to be going 37.5 mg down every couple of months. this month i'm taking 150 in the morning and 37.5 in the evening. so thats 187.5 instead of 225.

in other news, can we have a communal GRRR at gavin who, once again, forgot that he was supposed to meet me and stayed at home. if he didn't want to meet me in the first place i'd rather he'd tell me so i could make other plans, instead of winding up by myself. gggrrrrrrrrr.

and tommorrow i get to meet neil gaiman. *GLEE*

went to the union last night. was dull. the band wasnt bad, just dull. and i was tired. dunno why i bothered. sigh. i think i may be a little depressed. stupid hangovers.

recently tho, (as i know it's been a while) i guess ive been ok. jo came up briefly, and that was nice, even tho i didn't see her much. got 63% (a 2.1) in my peer group assessment for the main module, which was nice. handed in key concepts. watched 'the searchers'.

when i went to the loft on tuesday tho, i did get spectacularly drunk. whoops..
and then the next day went to see the matrix, for the first showing at the west end, thanks to my honey the_scifiboy for getting the tickets. it was ok. :)

im tired. sigh.

1. i get 50% staff discount off everything but branded items (like hello kitty etc), which i get 25% discount.
2. saturdays are "fancy-dress" days, that means i get to wear fun outfits! WINGS!
3. i get trained to pierce ears
4. i get £4.70 (i think) an hour (the most i ever got!)

also, i went to see kill bill the other night... it was really really good. i think the blood at the end was a bit excesive, but it's really good.

and, erm. got the key concepts handbook, thankfully it's the same questions as last year. lazy tutors!

ben rust hasn't failed, so he'll be staying.

er, thats about it.

oh, and i got some very nice bright pink gola classics... woo!

after an.. eventful weekend, ive come back into uni to find most of the project done.. the editing will all be done by rob, so it seems i have done all i can. so BIG YEYNESS!! i have some ideas for the portrait of rachel i want to do, and i am much looking forward to that :) if anyone's intrested ( here are some links )

on SATURDAY i am going to london with timo et al where we will meet up with a friend of his from back home...and we're gonna see the reduced shakespeare company..

im supposed to be doing the shooting schedule for out group project about identity or whatever, and im procastinating..
i wish something interesting would happen. i dunno, maybe i dont. i just wish i had something to write about, i guess.
i have two cuts on my right knuckle that are exact right angels to each other and im not sure why, and my left thumb got split open on my f*ing soap dish (how lame is that?)
im also listening to smashing pumpkins on my new cd-walkman..

ONE OF MY FISH DIED!!! point, the little one. i feel so bad. click is doing ok tho.

humm. went to the goose this wekend, and got incredibly pished. spent way more money then i meant to, and was poorly when i got home and went straight to bed. i like to think i had a good time tho.
hamster boy's girlfriend hannah (hamster girl?) was up for the night too and she is very nice. she left before i got to give her nose studs, but i think she's coming up next weekend too.
i was thinking about halloween costumes, and i think i decided... i wanna be like a cheerleader with slit wrists (watching heathers last night..). any ideas anyone? something with latex maybe?
halloween party WILL be lots of fun. i'll be a corpse woo hoo!!
not much else. 'learning' how to use premiere. :s

im sitting in the library at my lunch time because .. well .. i havent really made too many friends i guess. gav will be here soon, but that just to give me my purse as i left it at his last night *whoops* .. so im on the net in here. this is exactly what i did in high school goddammit!!!!
atleast this time i have friends elsewhere.
can't wait to buy my fish.

i bought a skateboard yesterday. promptly fell off twice, once inside so it was ok but once outside and i hurt my elbow pretty bad. so now i've bought some elbow pads. :) i will not give up this time. and i will not let injuries scare me off. broken bones are fun...
